These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and any purchases made from Henrietta Graham(“the Artist”, “we”, “our” or “us”). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

This website is operated by Henrietta Graham, an artist based in the United Kingdom.

2. Products
We offer original artwork, limited edition prints, open edition prints and other art-related products from time to time.
Product descriptions, dimensions and colours are provided as accurately as possible. Please note that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device.
All artwork remains the intellectual property of Henrietta Graham unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders
Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of that order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary, including where:
- a pricing error has occurred;
- the item is no longer available;
- payment cannot be authorised; or
- fraudulent activity is suspected.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full before any artwork is dispatched.
We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, although changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Limited Edition Prints
Where artwork is described as a Limited Edition, the total edition size will be stated on the product page.
Limited edition prints may be individually signed and numbered where applicable.
Once an edition has sold out, no further prints from that edition will be produced.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are carefully packaged and dispatched using reputable courier or postal services.
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot accept responsibility for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses supplied during checkout.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected, additional delivery charges may apply before it can be resent.
Risk in the artwork passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
7. Returns & Cancellations
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing standard items online may have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
This cancellation right does not apply to:
- bespoke or commissioned artwork;
- personalised items;
- made-to-order prints produced specifically for your order.
If you wish to return an eligible item, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item.
8. Intellectual Property
All artwork, images, photographs, text, logos and website content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright.
No artwork may be copied, reproduced, scanned, distributed, published, used commercially or incorporated into AI training datasets without the prior written permission of Henrietta Graham.
9. Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:
- interfere with the operation or security of the website;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems;
- upload malicious software;
- copy or scrape website content without permission.

Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil our obligations where such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, pandemics or other unforeseen circumstances.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
